At Gade Valley Harriers we are always looking to welcome new runners and we now have a “Beginners’ Rota” whereby if you prefer not to slot straight into one of the current groups, an experienced member of the club will be assigned each club night (Tuesdays and Thursdays) to lead a smaller beginners group.

If you are in any doubt then please do get in touch with us first at info@gadevalleyharriers.co.uk

Your email will be answered by one of our team captains.

Before you email us, have a browse around our website where you will probably find an answer to most of your questions.

Social:

We are a very friendly and sociable Club, often getting together throughout the year.  We have some long-established events as well as impromptu socials and running trips away.

These include:

   The annual Autumn AGM

   Summer BBQ

South Downs Marathon relay weekend in June

   Various Spring marathon weekends

   Marshall’s Thank-You Party in May

   Halloween run

Santa run and Xmas Dinner in December

We also have adhoc get-togethers throughout the year including numerous post-race celebrations or just popping across the road to the Steamcoach on a Thursday night after running. Some of us have also been on trips away in recent years in smaller groups to Half and Full Marathons such as Dublin, Vienna, Stratford, Glasgow and Cardiff.

If you’d like to find out more you can email or speak to the Social Secretary or any Committee member.

COME AND JOIN US WE LOOK FORWARD TO SEEING YOU!
