The Gade Valley Harriers season runs from October to September of the following year and awards are issued at the club’s Annual General Meeting (AGM). The categories are as follows:
- Best athlete (male and female)
- Most improved athlete (male and female)
- Best newcomer (male and female)
- Multi-sport award
- Club handicap trophy (based on the 5 handicap events held between April-August)
- Club league (male and female)
- Age-graded club league
- Committee award
- Club members award
