Guide to local physio, osteopathy and sports massage

Now that Martin Storrie has retired, unfortunately for us, after 30 years of being our ‘go to man’, we need to find alternative ways of getting the vital support that we need to keep us running!

Below is a short list of professionals that have been recommended by GVH members. One of the good things about the people on this list is that they have all been involved in sport in some way and can empathise with you about training and injury.  Heather and Lisa are also fellow GVH runners, and they are both excellent runners too.

These services are very personal to each of us, what one likes another might not, so please make sure that the person you work with meets your needs. Please do let the GVH Committee, or one of the Coaching team, know if you have any problems with getting the support you need.

Happy and safe running
