Interval sessions:

Tuesday nights are Interval sessions for the Advanced and Intermediate groups.  Approx. once a month this session is a Club night for members of all abilities to do Hill reps at their own pace.

Thursday nights are a Tempo or Steady run for the Advanced and Intermediate groups and an Easy or Steady run for Beginners and Improvers.
